Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the package, our courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us and a redelivery fee may apply.
